Ingredients For donnie's spice mix (cajun)

  • 2 Tbsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 1 Tbsp
    ground white pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    ground black pepper
  • 4 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder

How To Make donnie's spice mix (cajun)

    Combine spices in a small bowl and store in a cool, dark place in a tightly sealed container.

    Note: There is no salt in this recipe, so you can add it to taste to whatever you are cooking.
