Okay, sounds strange… tastes awesome. They are very easy to make, and you use them in the same way you would use panko or regular breadcrumbs. They are gluten-free, and Keto-diet friendly. 6pork rinds, unseasoned variety, 1 bag

How To Make cooking essentials: pork rind breadcrumbs

2A 6-ounce package of pork rinds will yield 2 cups of crumbs.

3Gather your Ingredients (mise en place).

4Add the pork rinds to a food processor, fitted with an S-blade, and use 1-second pulses, until they look like traditional breadcrumbs.

5Place in a jar with a tight-fitting lid, and store in the fridge until ready for use.
