I have a brother and niece who loves this especially on seared ahi tuna.

Ingredients For wasabi cream

  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    wasabi powder more or less to taste
  • 2 tsp
    rice vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    sea salt

How To Make wasabi cream

  • 1
    Beat all ingredients until stiff peaks form. Keep in refrigerator
