I served this on my salmon burgers and it gave the burger great flavor. My secret ingredient is the cream cheese.

  • 2 lg
    cloves garlic pressed or finely minced
  • salt
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    whipped cream cheese
  • 1 tsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    balsamic vinegar

How To Make my garlic balsamic aioli

  • 1
    press the garlic with a pinch of salt into a paste. Add the remaining ingredients and refrigerate until cold.
