Ingredients For herb butter

  • 1/2 c
    unsalted butter, room temp
  • 1 Tbsp
    freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp
    minced fresh parsley,minced
  • 2 tsp
    fresh chives
  • 2 tsp
    fresh dill or 1/4 tsp dried dill
  • dash
    white pepper

How To Make herb butter

  • 1
    Beat the butter in a small bowl with an electric beater until it is light and fluffy. Use a rubber spatula to fold in the remaining ingredients.

    Variation Substitute other fresh herbs (up to 4 teaspoons), such as basil or thyme, for the chives and dill weed.
