Ingredients For ginger-orange pumpkin butter

  • 1 c
    pure pumpkin
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1 lg
    orange zest and juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    agave
  • 1 tsp
    grated ginger
  • 1/8 tsp
    cinnamon

How To Make ginger-orange pumpkin butter

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to boil, turn down to simmer. Cook another 30min. Let cool and place in a closed container in refrigerator. Keeps well for a week.
