Ingredients For watermelon salsa

  • 4 c
    watermelon, seeded, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    cilantro, minced
  • 2 tsp
    jalapeño pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt

How To Make watermelon salsa

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with a slotted spoon.
