Ingredients For pico de gallo

  • 3 lg
    roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 lg
    red onion, diced
  • 1/2 md
    lime, juiced (some pulp)
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic, minced
  • 1 sm
    jalapeno pepper, diced (take out seeds and membrane)
  • 2 Tbsp
    cilantro, fresh, minced

How To Make pico de gallo

  • 1
    Wash/clean all veggies! Cover and let sit in fridge for at least one hour.

    Once everything is diced, minced and juiced throw it all in a bowl together and mix.
