mango salsa
I had baked fish with mango salsa one night at a restaurant and it was so good I had to find a way to make it. My husband and I do a lot of spot tail fishing. I found this recipe and it was awesome.

Ingredients For mango salsa

1ripe mango, pitted & diced

1/2 mdred onion- finely chopped

1jalapeño pepper- minced ( add ribs and seeds for heat)

1 smcucumber- peeled and diced

3 Tbspfresh shopped cilantro leaves

3 Tbsplime juice
-
1/2 mdred bell pepper- diced
-
salt & pepper to taste
How To Make mango salsa

1Mix all ingredients in a bowl and set in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes to let flavor blend. Enjoy on baked or grilled fish. Also great on fish tacos.
