Ingredients For guasacaca (avocado salsa)

  • 4
    large, ripe avocados
  • 1
    large onion
  • 1
    green pepper
  • 1
    red pepper
  • 1/2 c
    chopped tomatoe
  • 3 clove
    garlic
  • 1/3 can
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper. to taste
  • hot sauce, to taste

How To Make guasacaca (avocado salsa)

  • 1
    Mash one of the avocados and place in a bowl. Stir in olive oil and vinegar. Chop other avocados and stir in.

    Finely chop onion and red and green pepper. Mince garlic. Add to avocados along with chopped tomatoes.

    Season with salt, pepper, and hot sauce to taste.
