Ingredients For cranberry salsa for turkey quesadillas

  • 1 can
    whole berry cranberry sauce (or 1 3/4 cups homemade)
  • 1-8.5 oz. can
    pears, drained and chopped into small pieces
  • 1/4 c
    celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c
    red onion, finely chopped
  • 2
    jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 3/4 tsp
    cumin
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon or lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh chopped cilantro

How To Make cranberry salsa for turkey quesadillas

  • 1
    Break up cranberry sauce in a bowl. (Can also microwave on very low setting for about one minute.)

    Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve with quesadillas made from your leftover turkey .
