Ingredients For cranberry salsa for turkey quesadillas

1 canwhole berry cranberry sauce (or 1 3/4 cups homemade)

1-8.5 oz. canpears, drained and chopped into small pieces

1/4 ccelery, finely chopped

1/2 cred onion, finely chopped

2jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped

3/4 tspcumin

1 Tbsplemon or lime juice

1 Tbspfresh chopped cilantro
How To Make cranberry salsa for turkey quesadillas

1Break up cranberry sauce in a bowl. (Can also microwave on very low setting for about one minute.)

2Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve with quesadillas made from your leftover turkey .
