chunky peach relish
I love fruit toppings on my poultry,and Pork dishes. This is a sweet Peach relish with a little kick. Use it to top Pork chops,chicken,Turkey,and Ham. Enjoy!

Ingredients For chunky peach relish

4fresh peaches peeled and chopped in to 1 inch chunks

1/2large red onion chopped ( sautéed first optional)

1/3 ccider vinegar

1/2 cgranulated sugar
-
2-3 clovegrated fresh garlic
-
11 inch piece of peeled and grated ginger root
-
1/4 tspred pepper flakes
-
2 1/2 Tbspchili sauce
-
1/2 tspsalt
How To Make chunky peach relish

1peel and chop peaches. Chop onion. Grate garlic,and ginger. Place all ingredients in a kettle with the chili sauce,vinegar,sugar,pepper flakes,and salt.

2bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer for about 30 minutes ,or until sauce thickens. Remove from heat cool,and store in fridge. Top poultry,and pork dishes with it. Bring to room temperature before using.
