2 canblack olives, sliced, drained

1 mdred bell pepper, chopped

1/3 colive oil

1/4 clemon juice

3 Tbspvinegar

1/2 tspsalt

4 mdavocados, chopped
How To Make avocado salsa

1In a large bowl, combine corn, red pepper and onion.

2In a small bowl, combine garlic, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper; mix well. Pour over corn mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate overnight.

3Just before serving: stir in chopped avocado into salsa.
