This is my favorite salsa. Even though it is easy and quick, it is delicious. I grew up with my mom making it. I have streamlined the process so it only takes 5 minutes to make. Enjoy this Salsa Cruda.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

The consistency of this simple salsa is similar to what you'd find at a traditional Mexican restaurant. Quick and easy to make, it's packed with flavor. There's a slight kick from jalapenos and Rotel. Cilantro adds the usual fresh flavor to the salsa. Get your tortilla chips out, because this salsa is perfect for snacking.
