tartare sauce
The Man is a stickler for sauces with every meal. He goes through a huge amount of tartare sauce, apple sauce, onion relish etc... So making my own is a must.

Ingredients For tartare sauce

7fluid ounces of mayonaise

3 Tbspcapers - drained & chopped

3 Tbspsmall gherkins - drained & chopped

3 Tbspfreshly chopped parsley

a squeeze of lemon juice

freshly ground salt & pepper to season
How To Make tartare sauce

1To chop the capers and gherkins I used the nut chopper attachment for my hand blender.

2Mix everything together in a bowl and spoon into a sterilised jar. Cool in fridge for about an hour before first serving.

3Will store for a couple of months in the fridge once the jar is opened.
