Ingredients For spicy chili dipping sauce

3/4 csugar

1/2 crice vinegar

1/4 cwater
-
1 Tbspred pepper flakes

1 Tbspminced garlic

1 Tbspsiracha sauce - or to taste

1 Tbspcorn starch

1 Tbspwater
-
1/2 Tbspfish sauce or 1 tsp salt
How To Make spicy chili dipping sauce

1Over medium high heat, in a small sauce pan, add sugar,vinegar and water and bring to a boil, while stirring, until the sugar is dissolved. Add the finely minced garlic, Sriracha and crushed red pepper. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it slightly thickens. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of corn starch with 1 tablespoon of water.

2Bring the sauce to a rapid boil and whisk in the slurry, stirring until it thickens. Set aside to cool.
