Ingredients For pork tenderloin

8pork tenderloin medallions(2inches thick)/chop can be used also

1/2onion (sliced thin)

2apples, granny smith (peeled and sliced thin)

1 Tbspbutter
-
1 tspolive oil
-
2 Tbspbalsamic vinegar
-
1 Tbspplus 1tsp apple cider vinegar
-
4 Tbspmaple syrup ( use the real stuff, its way better)

How To Make pork tenderloin

1Put heat on Med to med/high and add butter and olive oil in a fry pan. When hot place the pork in and sear till brown. There should be lovely brown bits at the bottom of the pan.

2Add onions and apples and cook till they are just tender. The brown bits at the bottom will come off and add extra flavor to the dish.

3Add the vinegars and maple syrup and cook (about 5-7min till it reduces. mmmmmmm enjoy
