Ingredients For plum chutney

1 lbplums, cut into 1/2" pieces

1 Tbspoil

1/2 mdred onion, chopped

1/2jalapeño pepper, chopped

1/2 cbrown sugar

2 Tbspcider vinegar

3/4 tspcurry powder

1/4 tspginger
-
1/4 cwater
How To Make plum chutney

1To skillet add oil; onion and jalapeno; cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Increase heat to med-hi, add plums, sugar, vinegar, curry powder, ginger and water. Bring to a boil; reduce to a simmer, and cook until plums are softened and liquid is slightly syrupy, about 8 minutes.
