Ingredients For netty's special sauce

  • 1 tsp
    coconut secret
  • 1/4 c
    pinapple teriyaki grilling marinade
  • 1 tsp
    mango chutney
  • 1/8 tsp
    sesane seed oil
  • THIS IS ENOUGH SAUCE FOR 8 SEA SCALLOPS, ADJUST RECIPE FOR CHICKEN OR PORK

How To Make netty's special sauce

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl.
    For scallops: put scallops in a broiler safe pan,Pre-heat broiler. Pour sauce over the scallops coating them well. Then broil them until desired doneness. Goes well with brown rice, and a nice dinner salad. Enjoy!
