Ingredients For garden vegetable bbq sauce

1 lbcherry tomatoes, or whole tomatoes quartered

1red, yellow or orange bell pepper

1poblano pepper

1jalapeno pepper

1 smsweet onion

2 Tbspgranulated garlic

1 tspcumin
-
1 tspdried mustard
-
1/4 cchili powder
-
32 ozv-8, low sodium
-
12 ozbeer
-
2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

12 ozmolasses
-
1/4 capple cider vinegar
-
2 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
1 Tbspliquid smoke flavoring

1 tspcoarse sea salt
How To Make garden vegetable bbq sauce

1Dice peppers and onion finely, add to large pot with about 1-2 tbsp. of olive oil. Add tomatoes, cover with lid and simmer on very low till veggies are nice and tender.

2Once veggies are tender, add V-8, beer, all the remaining ingredients.

3Simmer on low for about 4 hrs.

4Once sauce has cooled, place about some in food processor or blender and puree to make sure veggies are reduced to sauce. Repeat until all sauce is blended.
