easy melt cheese
I was on a search for a "velveeta" type cheese to use in a few recipes that called for the same. In one of my groups we started talking about it and someone had just heard of a home made easily melt-able cheese. I was all over it right away because I dont care for the ingredients or the tast in the name brand kind, but had had melting problems in the past using regular cheese. I love the flavor of this and it is so easy to use!

Ingredients For easy melt cheese

1 cboiling water

6 Tbspdry milk powder

8 ozswiss cheese

8 ozcheddar cheese

8 ozcolby jack cheese

1envelope unflavored gelatin
How To Make easy melt cheese

1Heat 1 cup of water in the microwave until boiling.

2Pour water into blender container and add milk powder and gelatin. Blend for 10 seconds.

3Grate cheese if you didnt purchase it that way, and add all at once to blender container. Blend until smooth.

4Scrape immediately into a plastic wrap lined pan and smooth out. Fold plastic over and refrigerate.
