Ingredients For creamy pancake syrup

  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    cream or evaporated milk
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make creamy pancake syrup

  • 1
    Whisk ingredients in a small saucepan, bring to a boil, cook 1 minute. I usually let it sit for a few minutes before using, lets it thicken up a bit more. Enjoy over pancakes or waffles.

    Experiment with different flavorings...I use maple flavoring sometimes...have also added orange and cinnamon extracts.
