Ingredients For cranberry fruit relish

1 cdried apricots

1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 crasins - golden seedless

3apples, granny smith

1orange rind grated

1lemon rind grated

1/2 cginger, crystallized, chopped

1/2 tsppepper flakes, dried, restaurant type

1 cwater

2 bagcranberries, 12 oz bag each
How To Make cranberry fruit relish

1With a pair of scissors, cut the apricots and ginger in very small slivers and reserve

2Peel, core, and dice apples.

3Place rasins, apples, apricots, brown sugar, cranberries, and water into a large sauce pan and simmer till cranberries are tender

4Then add the lemon rind, orange rind, ginger and pepper flakes to the hot mixture and cool.

5This will keep well in refrigerator for a week and freezes very well in freezer containers. Try adding some on apple pie or apple dessert.
