3 Tbspjack daniel's tennessee whiskey

3 Tbspworcestershire sauce

2 tspgarlic salt
-
2 tspchili powder
-
1 1/2 lbground sirloin
-
6 slicepepper jack cheese
-
6 slicebacon, cooked

6hamburger buns, buttered
How To Make chili jack burgers

1Combine the whiskey, Worcestershire, garlic salt, and chili powder in a small mixing bowl.

2Place the ground sirloin in a large missing bowl and add 3 tablespoons of the sauce. Blend well with your hands and form into 6 patties.

3Sear the patties about 5 minutes per side over medium-high heat. Baste both sides with the remaining sauce and grill until the burgers are cooked to your liking.

4During the last minutes of cooking top each burger with cheese and bacon, and lightly toast the buns.
