How To Make cabernet sauce

1Heat butter in skillet and add flour to make a roux and cook 1 minute.

2Add the cabernet, beef broth, and beef stock. Let simmer and reduce by half stirring occassionally

3Add heavy cream and butter whisking constantly. Stir in browning sauce. Serve over meat
