great marinade for steaks
I have used this marinade on many of steaks...it's particularly helpful with a tougher cut of steak...I'll be using on some of my Ribeye's for Memorial Day...we love it.

Ingredients For great marinade for steaks

3 - 4 clovegarlic

3 - 4green onions

1/2 cgarlic flavored olive oil or plain olive oil

1/4 cworcestershire sauce

1/4 csoy sauce, low sodium

1 1/2 Tbspgrey poupon mustard

3 Tbspfresh squeezed lemon

1 1/2 Tbspgarlic powder

2 1/2 Tbspdried basil
-
1 1/2 Tbspdried parsley

1 tsphot pepper flakes

1/2 tspblack pepper

How To Make great marinade for steaks

1I used my food processor to mince garlic and green onions. Mince with a knife otherwise.

2Add all other ingredients including garlic and onion and whisk well.

3Place the steaks in a single layer,in a glass container and pour the prepared marinade over the top. Cover and place in the refrigerator at least 8 hours or overnight. Turn often. When you are ready to grill, preheat barbecue grill. Place steaks onto a hot grill. Cover barbecue with lid, open any vents, and sear for approximately 3 to 4 minutes per side or until done to your preference using a meat thermometer. When the steaks are done, remove from the grill, and let sit 10 - 15 minutes before serving.
