Ingredients For bud with ribs

4 lbpork spare ribs

1 can(12 ounces) budweiser

1/2 ctexas honey
-
2 Tbspfresh lemon juice

2 tspsalt

1 tspdry mustard

1/4 tsppepper
How To Make bud with ribs

1Cut ribs into 2 rib sections. Combine remaining ingredients in a shallow glass or ceramic baking dish. Add ribs and cover with plastic wrap.

2Marinate in refrigerator for at 24 hours, turning and basting occasionally.

3Arrange ribs in a single layer in a large baking pan, reserve marinade. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours, turning once and basting frequently with marinade. NOTE: Needless to say, you should also have a case of ice cold Budweiser to go with the ribs.
