spicy mango pineapple marmalade
This turned out to be a great sweet and spicy combination. It isn't for the faint of heart...it really packs a punch! I made this to enhance chicken wings. I also think it would be great paired with cream cheese as an appetizer. If you don't care for spicy food you could omit the diced pepper and red pepper flakes.

2 1/2 cmango, peeled and diced

1 cpineapple, diced - i used canned

1 Tbsplemon juice

1serrano pepper seeded and finely minced

2 Tbspred pepper flakes

4 csugar
How To Make spicy mango pineapple marmalade

1In a large saucepan on medium heat add all ingredients.

2Stir to combine and bring to a boil.

3Reduce and simmer for 15 minutes.

4Pour into hot sterilized jars to 1/4" to the top.

5Submerge into hot water bath and process for 15 minutes.

6Remove and cool. Make sure seals have set properly. If not store in refrigerator or transfer into freezer containers and freeze.
