I found this recipe while searching for a way to make grape jam, as opposed to a jelly, and using jello in place of Sure Jell. Kind of a combo of a Just a Pinch recipe and and one I found online. It is so easy and quick to make with little effort. The taste is phenomenal. This will be a great gift for friends and family! This jam/jelly will be very loose until it sets in the refrigerator..not to worry! :)

Ingredients For grape jam

  • 3 c
    chopped grapes
  • 3 c
    sugar
  • 6 oz
    grape jello

How To Make grape jam

  • 1
    Chop about 3.5 lbs of grapes in a food processor.
  • 2
    Stir everything together in a large pan and bring to a boil over medium/med high heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 3 minutes. Skim the foam off and ladle into hot clean jars. Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
