I came up with this recipe because we love meatballs, meatloaf…any meat grind and ground. This I use for Swedish noodles with meatballs

Ingredients For my swedish gravy

drippings from frying meatballs --as much as you can but all if you can

2 Tbspbutter

2 Tbspflour

1 cmilk or cream
How To Make my swedish gravy

1Make you rue melted butter and flour. Set aside

2Take your drippings add milk make it equal 1 cup. 3/4 is ok

3Add drippings and rue mix together.

4Reheat gently -- low/ med low heat stir slow and constant

5Add mushrooms and onions

6Make it special: Add onion soup mix Add Worcester sauce Add brown sugar Add honey Add italian dressing
