How To Make another giblet gravy

1Whisk flour and chicken broth in a saucepan. Then add gizzards and chopped eggs.

2Cook over medium heat until sauce thickens until your liking. Pour your gravy into a sauce bowl and serve over your favorite corn bread dressing.

3Boiling chicken gizzards: Cover gizzards in a pot of water and bring to a rolling boil. Cover with lid; reduce heat to low and slow cook the gizzards for about 1-1/2 hours until they are tender. It is important that you let the gizzards cool before chopping them.
