This sauce is simple and delicious. Very good drizzled over coffee cakes or as an icing for cupcakes. (then decorate). All kinds of uses. Just generally a nice sweet sauce recipe to have on hand.

4 1/2 tspcorn starch

1 tspgrated lemon peel

1 Tbspbutter

2 Tbsplemon juice, fresh or concentrate
How To Make lemon sauce

1In a sauce pan combine sugar, cornstarch, lemon peel

2Whisk in water gradually until blended and thickened. This takes about 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

3Stir in butter and lemon juice. Use warm or cool.
