    fresh cranberries
  • 1
    apple, cored and peeled
  • 2 stalk
    celery, diced
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    prepared horseradish

How To Make cranberry-horseradish relish

  • 1
    Force cranberries, apple and celery through coarse blade of food chopper. Add sugar, salt and horseradish to cranberry mixture, mix well. Allow relish to blend 3-4 hours before serving. Makes 4 servings.
