This sauce is great on a variety of tropical fruits, but especially on watermelon and kiwi with a heavy squeeze of fresh lime. It freezes beautifully, too. Source: Unknown

1 pint sour cream

1/2 cup canned coconut milk

1/4 tsp.coconut extract

1/2 cup powdered sugar

zest of 1 lime
How To Make coconut lime crème

1Mix sour cram, coconut milk, coconut extract, sugar and lime zest in blender. Puree for about 10 seconds. Scrape down sides and blend again for another few seconds. Store in container in refrigerator for up to 1 week or in freezer for 4 weeks.
