Ingredients For shrimp remoulade

  • 2 lb
    medium, cooked shrimp
  • 4 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    creole mustard
  • 6 sm
    green onion, minced
  • 2 stalk
    celery minced
  • 3 dash
    tobasco sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika

How To Make shrimp remoulade

    Combine all the ingredients except shrimp in a medium bowl and mix well.

    Add the shrimp and blend well. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for 5 hours before serving

    Serve on shredded lettuce
