Ingredients For peppery oil

3 1/2 ozblack peppercorns, cracked

2 1/2 colive oil, extra virgin

1 tspcoarse sea salt
How To Make peppery oil

1In a jar pour in the black peppercorns, salt, and extra virgin olive oil.

2Stir vigorusly, all with a tablespoon. Cover with a tight fitting lid and let sit three weeks in a cool dark place before use

3NOTE: If you warm the oil slightly it will help infuse the pepper to the oil. JUST WARM.
