1 Tbspgarlic, minced or pressed

2 tspdijon mustard

2anchovy fillets, minced

1 1/2 tspfreshly ground black pepper, coarsely ground

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 tspground coriander

1/2 tspground cumin

1 tspworcestershire sauce

2 tspcold water

1/2 cextra-virgin olive oil

1/2 ccanola oil

1 1/2 Tbspsambal chili past (thai chili paste available in the asian section of grocery)

1/2lemon, juiced

1/2lime, juiced

3 Tbspparmesan cheese, freshly grated
How To Make houston's spicy caesar dressing

1Combine the first 10 ingredients (egg yolk through water) in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.

2With motor running, pour oils in a slow steady stream into dressing mixture. When all oil has been incorporated, add chili paste, lemon and lime juice, and parmesan cheese, Process until smooth.
