houston's grilled chicken salad
Personally I'm not a lover of salad or any raw vegetables, and I have this weird allergy to all red foods, along with other weird food allergies. Back to the point...This is such a unique salad with an incredible mix of flavors. If you are not already a salad-lover, then you will be soon after trying this recipe. I will actually eat this salad and pay with massive discomfort later. Stick a fork in me I'm done with this subject!!

2grilled chicken breasts, sliced

thin tortilla strips
- LIME DRESSING:

1/2 cfresh lime juice

7 Tbsphoney

4 tsphoney mustard

2 clovegarlic, minced

1/2 tspsalt
- PEANUT SAUCE:

4 Tbsphot water

4 Tbsphot water

4 Tbsppeanut butter

2 tspsesame oil

1 Tbspground ginger
How To Make houston's grilled chicken salad

1In a small bowl, combine the lime dressing ingredients and mix well.

2In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, carrots, sliced chicken and tortilla strips.

3Pour the lime dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

4Transfer the salad to 4 salad plates.

5In another bowl, combine the ingredients for the peanut sauce and mix well.

6Drizzle each salad with the peanut sauce and serve.
