I use this dressing over spinach and fried potatoes... this is something I learned from my grandfather.

Ingredients For hot bacon dressing

  • 4 slice
    bacon, chopped
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    cider vinegar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    flour

How To Make hot bacon dressing

  • 1
    Fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon, reserving two tablespoons grease. Heat to boiling.

    Meanwhile, beat eggs, remaining 1/2 cup sugar and flour.Slowly add vinegar to eggs and continue to beat.

    Return to medium heat and cook until thick. Add chopped bacon and serve.
