I threw this dressing together on a whim, when discovered I was fresh out. Needed some in a hurry, so this is what I came up with. The family loved it. It should be prepared a few hours ahead for the flavors to mesh. Use as a dressing, or a dip as I did. Enjoy!

1 tspfresh ground black pepper

redpepper flakes - optional - we like heat

1Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl, whisk until well combined. Taste to see if needs more seasoning. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
