This salad dressing is made in Nebraska and everyone eats it! I have spent my adult years in San Diego, Ca. without my dear dressing and young memories, but now I can tell you this recipe is the real thing! If you haven't tried Dorothy Lynch Salad Dressing, give it a try...ingredients sound weird but stay true to the recipe!

Ingredients For dorothy lynch salad dressing

1 ccanola oil

1/2 cwhite sugar

1 can(10 3/4 oz) tomato soup

1/2 cvinegar

1/8 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tspdry mustard
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 tspcelery seed
-
1/4 tspfresh gound peppercorns (ground with grinder)
How To Make dorothy lynch salad dressing

1Mix all ingredients in a blender until creamy.

2Pour into canning jar (I use empty water bottles) or container and refrigerate overnight. Keep refrigerated when not in use.

3NOTE: To thicken the dressing add a little cornstarch (I have never had to do this...).
