This is just something I came up with one day. It isn't anything hard but it does add a little something to a simple wedge salad.

Ingredients For dave's special vinaigrette

  • 1/2 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/4 c
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp
    almond extract
  • 1/2 pinch
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice, fresh

How To Make dave's special vinaigrette

  • 1
    Mix everything in a small bowl with a whisk and transfer to a curit. If you have one of those vinaigrette mixers that works well too.
