I'm always looking for different sauces to serve along side fish. My love for Avocado inspired me to try something different with this. This was a real hit with my family.

Ingredients For creamy avacado dill sauce

  • 8 oz
    sour cream, lite
  • 2 sm
    haas avocado's (sub 1 large)
  • 1/4 c
    fresh dill (i used a small handful pulled from the bunch, add more if you like)
  • 1
    juice of (1) meyer lemon (regular lemon is fine)
  • 1 pinch
    kosher salt
  • pinch
    black pepper

How To Make creamy avacado dill sauce

  • 1
    Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse until smooth.
  • 2
    Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
  • 3
    Pairs extremely well with Salmon but would be very good with other fish or as a dip.
