Since I have posted my recipe for Slow Baked Chicken Wings I have received many questions regarding Dorothy Lynch Dressing. Here is a local copy cat recipe. It is NOT the original recipe nor do I claim to be. It is close. The original is bottled in St. Paul, NE. It is avaliable in the Midwest. A couple ran the Legion Club in that city years ago and this was the signature dressing. It is now a proud sponser of Husker Football! Go Big Red!

This is delicious on any salad greens and makes a great macaroni salad with green peppers, onions, celery, peas, ham, and macaroni. It is also used on Taco Salad in this area. Yum!

This is what I grew up with served on salad at school lunch. It is just how we rolled here in Nebraska! And I am proud of it.
