Tastes super awesome on fish tacos or any tacos for that matter! You can also make it as an aioli with only mayonnaise or with just sour cream. You could even use Greek yogurt but I don't know how that would taste.

Ingredients For cilantro lime taco topping

  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c
    lime juice
  • 2 clove
    roasted garlic or powdered equivalent
  • 1/4 c
    chopped cilantro

How To Make cilantro lime taco topping

  • 1
    Roast garlic for best results. Mash/ grate or dice very finely.

    Finely chop cilantro
  • 3
    Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use.
