3/4 csour cream

1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 Tbsplemon juice

1/4 cbuttermilk

2scallions, roughly chopped

small handful of parsley

1 clovegarlic

1/2 tspsea salt

1/4 tspfresh ground pepper
How To Make buttermilk ranch dressing

1Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 10 seconds. Check consistency and blend in additional buttermilk if desired. Less buttermilk for dipping sauces, more for dressing.

2Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Leftovers will keep for 2 – 3 weeks.

3I use a squeeze bottle for use on salads and small storage containers for use as dipping sauce.
