ALWAYS HAD MADE MY BROCOLLI WITH GRATD LEMON BUT I HAD SOME OPEND EVAPORATD MILK IN FRIDGE SO I DECIDED TO MAKE A LEMON SAUCE.....SO THERE YA HAVE IT N ITS REALLY GOOD ;)

Ingredients For lemon garlic sauce

  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 clove
    garlic, gratd
  • 2 tsp
    flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    evaporatd milk
  • 1 lg
    lemon, zestd n juicd (zest lemon first)
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    blk pepper
  • 1/2 c
    chickn broth ( mayb more for desired thickness)

How To Make lemon garlic sauce

    IN PAN MELT BUTTER N ADD GRATD GARLIC...THEN ADD THE FLOUR N COOK FOR A MIN. STIR IN JUICE OF LEMON.

    ADD EVAPORATD MILK, S n P, LEMON ZEST N CHICKN BROTH...STIR CONSTANTLY OVER LOW/MED HEAT UNTIL THICKEND ;)

    IF U WANT SAUCE THINNER ADD MORE CHICKN BROTH....USE ON COOKD BROCOLLI , ASPARAGUS, OMG DIP SOFT PRETZLES IN THIS LEMONY/GARLIC DELICIOUSNESS...ENJOY :)
