My nephews (8 and 10) love this recipe. It's the only way I can get them to eat veggies and they are very picky eaters.

Ingredients For hummus

1 cangarbanzo beans 15 oz

1/4 clemon juice

1/4 ctahini
-
1 clovegarlic minced

2 Tbspolive oil

1 tspkosher salt

1/2 tspcumin

2-3 Tbspwater

pinchpaprika
How To Make hummus

1Peel garbanzo beans. Rinse with water and a dash of lemon juice.

2In a food processor mix tahini and lemon juice for 1 minute.

3Add olive oil, garlic, cumin and salt. Process for 30 seconds. Scarp sides and process for another 30 seconds.

4Add beans and process for 30 seconds. Scrap sides of food processor and process another 30 seconds.

5Add 1 tablespoon of water at a time and process until you reach desired consistency.

6Put in a container, sprinkle with paprika, cover and store in the fridge for up to a week. Serve with vegetables or crackers.
