herbed tomato dip
This recipe I mixed up one summer day while in the kitchen wanting something to snack on and enjoyed it very much. It is in a small herbal cookbook that I published a long time ago. This is a very refreshing dip and has been enjoyed by many. It is even better for you if you grow your own organic herbs. Hope you enjoy ;)

Ingredients For herbed tomato dip

1 pkg8 ounce cream cheese, softened

2very ripe roma tomatoes, fine diced

1 Tbspmayonnaise

2 tsponion, minced finely
-
1 tspfresh oregano, minced

1 tspfresh basil, minced

1 tspfresh chives, minced

sea salt and black pepper to taste
How To Make herbed tomato dip

1Mix all ingredients together very well. Let it chill overnight for best flavor or can be served after it has set for a hour.

2Serve with chips or crackers. Can also be spread on a bagel for a nice snack. Enjoy ;)
