A wonderful dip that uses up some of the fresh garden tomatoes available from either your garden or a farmers market. I serve this dip w/ fresh sliced veggies, but you can serve w/ crackers also.

Ingredients For garden tomato dip

  • 12 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c
    light mayonnaise
  • 1 lg
    tomato, cut into quarters
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped onion
  • 2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1
    celery stalk, cut into chunks
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 4 dash
    hot sauce
  • 1 lg
    heirloom tomato, pulp and seeds scooped out.

How To Make garden tomato dip

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients, except for heirloom tomato in blender. Blend until smooth.

    Scoop mix into heirloom tomato. Serve w/ fresh sliced veggies or crackers.
